How refunds work for the one-time verified listing and the monthly plans.
Verified listing
The one-time Verified listing is refundable within 14 days if it has not been delivered yet. Delivered means the verified listing is live on the site with the description and links supplied for it.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. We do not refund a partial month. The exception is when we fail to deliver the placement you paid for. In that case, ask for a refund of the amount for the placement we did not deliver.
How to ask
Refund requests go through the contact page. Include the email you used at checkout and which plan you bought.
